Chicken "a La Chinese". The taste is moderately spicy.

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 tsp

  • Broth

The chicken boil, cut into small pieces.

The pan pour vegetable oil, add ginger, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, broth. Stir and bring to a boil. Put in sauce pieces of chicken, mix well. Stew all together for 5 minutes on low heat.
