Chocolate-oatmeal cupcakes
Lovers of chocolate and oatmeal will appreciate these cupcakes. They are soft, crumbly, very tasty! The recipe I came across on the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Mix the dry ingredients (except sugar): flour, oatmeal, baking powder, cocoa, salt and soda.

Beat the egg with sugar with a whisk, add the yogurt, oil, dry mix and stir.

Add the chocolate and stir. I baked in silicone molds at 180 degrees until dry splinter about 50 minutes, nothing to back them oiled and filled a test on 2/3. Sprinkle cooled muffins with powdered sugar (optional).
