Cake with pear
Fruit pies under the crunchy crumbs are very popular in Poland.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    70 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

Cooking

Pear cut into thin slices, not cleaned.

50gr. nuts grind into crumbs.

Beat soft butter with sugar until creamy.

Add vanilla.

Add the cinnamon.

Flour mixed with baking powder. Add the eggs one by one adding a little (1ch. L.) flour to the dough is not folded.

Add the ground nuts.

Add the remaining flour.

Add milk, stir until smooth.

Put the dough in shape, smooth.

To make streusel - oil the grate, add the flour, sugar and nuts. Grind into crumbs.

Sprinkle with crumb top pie. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about an hour.
