Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Pot or deep pan greased with butter and put in it the potatoes(add salt).
Fish cut into pieces
put on top of the potatoes and season with salt. Onions finely chop and sprinkle them on top of herring. Sprinkle with flour and pour vegetable oil.Put on low heat and simmer until the potatoes are done. Milk and eggs, whisk and pour it over the finished potatoes with the fish. Put in the oven and quickly bake until Golden brown.
