Cooking
In the mince add 1/3 onions, finely chopped, and 1/3 EA. carrots, grated on a fine grater, add salt, mix well. Beat the egg and again mix well. The rice wash and add water for an hour. Drain the water and rice to combine with meat and mix well. Chop green onions and dill. Mushrooms mode in half. Rice-stuffing mixture, make small meatballs, put in the middle half of the mushroom.
Coat in breadcrumbs and lay in a baking dish in a row.
In vegetable oil fry the remaining carrot and onion, pour tomato paste diluted in water. Season with salt and pepper, add the sugar, Bay leaf. When the sauce to boil 5-8 minutes, add the greens and cook another 10 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce on our meatballs(to pre-clean Laurus), cover with foil and put into the oven for 45 min.
