Pie with minced meat and sesame seeds
I love my family very much. Their men, their boys. For them and at the plate to spin love, and without them I would prepare. They inspire me always. And in the family we like strong broth. No -and also love soups, first dishes do not live, but flavorful broth with fresh herbs is my favorite. And the broth-a pies or pie-nothing is impossible! So I indulge occasionally family.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

  • Minced meat

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Sesame

    2 handful

Sift the flour, beat the egg with the sugar and butter into the cream. In the bucket of a bread machine to put the products, following the instructions for your model. Add yeast SAF moment fast. Put bread machine for the kneading and dough rising – I have 2.5 hours.

For the filling, chop the washed and drained green onion, minced –if it is ready, remove from refrigerator in advance. I had the mince from the dumplings, mixed with small amounts of onions, salted and peppered.

The finished dough roll into a rectangle. Spread a smooth thin layer of the mince, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds pritrusit.

Rolling a tight roll, cut into a low washers and loosely put in a greased pan in rows. Too much dough for the amount of meat. Or increase the amount of toppings, or just salmon buns -the dough is delicious and will go perfectly to the rolls for Breakfast.

To give a good rise, coat loose end milk egg and sprinkle with more sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees until the heat and dry splinter. Ready pie to grease with butter and cover wetted and wrung out writing paper. Cover the top with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes.
