Cooking
Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into portions. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Onions skip through Mincer, add the mayonnaise, the eggs and give everything a good stir (you can use a blender for this).
Mix the mixture with the flour.
A little flour to pour into a separate bowl.
Roll each piece first in flour, then in egg-and-onion batter,
and put in a preheated with oil pan.
Fry chicken on slow heat until tender. In the batter you can add 2 tbsp chopped dill, but in this case I didn't.
