Description
Tired of burgers, fried meat, too, so invented here is a roll. I once did the same, but with pork mince and mushroom stuffing. Very tasty! The dish turned out tasty and dietary.

Cooking
Fillet grind in a meat grinder using a large grill with onions (so delicious will work). Add spices, egg, flour.
Separately in a blender, whip the ricotta cheese, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped, thoroughly washed with dill, salt.
Wet baking paper (you can do it on the cooking foil, greased with sunflower oil, but still have the roll of wrap or foil, or in the same baking paper), put half of the stuffing and wet hands to flatten the thickness of a finger. Sprinkle half of the cheese mass and also with wet hands flatten the surface.
Roll roll (as shown in photo) and in the same paper to wrap up - put on baking sheet.
To do the same with the second part of the stuffing. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 min.
During the baking paper to dry. BUT! don't rush the paper to expand. Leave for 10 minutes, the paper from the resulting juice will get wet, and you can easily take it off. I paper removed, as the skin of a banana. The rolls are all integers and very tasty.
