I make a chicken once a year - at New Year's. In my opinion, if you mess around with a whole chicken is not desirable, it is possible to do the chicken legs and cook on the same technology.

Cooking
The chicken with the whole skin wash, necessarily, if there are remnants of feathers, singe (to RUB dry the chicken with flour and sear over the gas).
To cut along and to split

Spoon gently lay all the stuffing, then sew up completely. In a large wide saucepan, boil water. It carefully lay the chicken. Cook for 2 hours no less-on a small fire. It is desirable to cool in the broth, cut the cold. Serve as a cold appetizer.
That's what it turned out delicious chicken:-)
