Biscuit with goat cheese
Delicious and simple in its execution biscuit with cream cheese and goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

  • Goat cheese

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Knead the dough from flour, water, olive oil and a pinch of salt.

To put it aside for 10 minutes.

Cheese crumble, combine with cottage cheese. Add soy sauce, mix well.

Add the egg, stir again.

Roll the dough into a thin layer. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment.

Spread the filling on the middle of the formation, digressing a little from the edges. Fold over the edges on the toppings.

The filling sprinkle with paprika powder and cumin.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 30-40 minutes.
