Shrimp boil 3 minutes (after boil) in salted water with a Bay leaf, allspice and seasoning for fish. Two pieces leave for decoration. The remaining cool and clean. Boil eggs, carrots and potatoes. Cover the gelatine with cold water and leave to swell. Then dissolve it in a water bath. Carefully stir to avoid lumps. Allow to cool to room temperature. To connect sour cream and mayonnaise in equal quantities, add gelatin.

Now you need to choose a form in which you will be put in layers all the components of the salad. I have a plastic container. Cover the form with cling film so that the film protruded. This is in order to then conveniently remove the salad on the plate. Now put on the bottom of the form of peeled shrimps, mayonnaise. This will be the first layer. Try to put shrimp backs to the wall of the container.

The second layer - boiled eggs. Clean, separate whites and yolks (can not do), to wipe through a grater (or crumbled cube). Be placed on top of shrimp, add salt and grease with mayonnaise. Notice that between whites and egg yolks I didn't miss mayonnaise.
