Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Ham

  • Salt

First, turn on the oven, set the temperature 180 degrees. Eggs, milk and salt whisk until a homogeneous mass.

Small cubes cut the ham and add to egg -milk mixture.

Form grease with butter. Our billet pour scrambled eggs over the cups. I have had exactly 2 forms. Put them in a different form, larger size. In great shape pour water so that it reached exactly to half of the small molds. Put into the oven and bake 30 minutes.

5 minutes until cooked take out of our molds out of the oven. Escost of water we remove, we no longer need. The finished omelet spread a piece of butter and sent manually for 5 minutes in the oven.
