Three on a fine grater onion and garlic. You can use a blender or processor, who wants. I was interrupted in the small bowl of a blender the onion and garlic in the stuffing, but I didn't like that there are pieces of onion! If left overnight, in the morning add another egg! All you need to look at the consistency of our beef, it should not be too thick, let fry like pancakes.
Well, in the morning to get our "ground", add 1 egg, mix well. Egg need to thin out "stuff" and all the components to better grasp and burgers from breaking apart. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil and put on a napkin to soak up excess fat.
