Cooking

step-0
Peel onion, cut in thin, long "string"
step-1
Chop finely the garlic cloves. You can crush it in a garlic press
step-2
Raw carcasses of squid wash, remove possible remnants of the viscera. Clean squid cut into "cubes" with a maximum length of 5 cm
step-3
In the pan pour oil and put on fire to warm up. When the pan is hot, put in it chopped onion and garlic. Stirring occasionally, cook the onions and garlic 2 minutes on low fire. Tip: before roasting the onions slightly better promyat to separate the pieces from each other. So onions won't stick together during cooking
step-4
When the onions become slightly translucent, add the tomato puree. Stir and continue to cook for another 3 minutes
step-5
At this stage, add into the pan the squid, stir and cook to almost the maximum heat. Is better to cover the pan with a lid, in order of calamari came out quickly and the moisture
step-6
After a few minutes add the soy sauce, stir, cover the pan again with a lid and leave the squid bit stew a few moments
step-7
At this stage add the sauce, sugar, pepper, spices and vinegar. Mix everything carefully and leave the lid for another few minutes
step-8
If you want the sauce to be liquid, you can skip this step. If You want the sauce has become thick, add the flour and mix thoroughly. Adding more or less flour, You can get the sauce consistency that meets You. Note that on cooling the sauce will become slightly thicker
step-9
There is the last step. If the sauce turned out too sour for You, You can fix it, gradually adding sugar and stirring. Also, add salt to taste, stir and let cool slightly. Preferably serve with a side dish. In my case, I have simply boiled rice. Bon appetit!
