Cooking
Green peas Mistral rinse well. Cover with water and leave overnight (or minimum 2 hours) for swelling.
Drain the water, pour the peas with fresh water, season with salt to taste. Cook for 20-50 minutes until cooked (depending on how many hours he was steeped).
Sift the flour. Add salt. Pour in vegetable oil, and then boiling water. Mix well. Add the baking powder. Stir again. It turns out very tender with a soft, elastic dough. Wrap it in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Peel the onion, cut into thick rings. Onions fried in vegetable oil. In the end, add the honey, lemon juice and salt. The caramelized onions put in a baking dish. Sprinkle peas.
Roll the dough into a circle (thickness 1 cm). Cut-to-size shape so that it was possible to tuck the edges.
The dough put the filling, edge to tuck inside.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 g for 35 min.
The finished cake to shift together with baking paper on the grill, allow to cool. To turn on a dish, remove the paper, serve. Nice!
