Ingredients

Green peas Mistral rinse well. Cover with water and leave overnight (or minimum 2 hours) for swelling.

Peel the onion, cut into thick rings. Onions fried in vegetable oil. In the end, add the honey, lemon juice and salt. The caramelized onions put in a baking dish. Sprinkle peas.
