  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Cognac

    20 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Veal mince is very lean, so I fried it in olive oil. Heat the oil, chop the onion and lightly fry. Add the beef and quickly stir fry on high heat, add the cognac to evaporate, lower the heat, add the garlic and soy sauce Wok TM Kikkoman and simmer under the lid until tender meat.

Cook rice in Arabic. A suitable pan with a thick bottom heat, pour oil and heat it. Add the rice and fry stirring on medium heat and add the noodles. Fry a couple of minute rice with vermicelli and gently pour boiling water at the rate of 1:1,8. Cover and cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the water. Leave the rice to stand for a bit under the hood.
