Zrazy with egg-mushroom stuffing in tomato-cream sauce. Zrazy delicious, juicy, flavorful with a spicy finish, thanks to our family sauce, which is used for cooking cutlets, "hedgehogs", meatballs, meatballs, stuffed cabbage, etc.

Slice the onion for the stuffing.

For the meatball, you can use any ground meat: beef, chicken, fish. In this recipe ground Turkey meat. In prepared stuffing add chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika and soaked, well-pressed white bread.
