Potato wedges on the grill
Potatoes – one of the most popular side dishes to meat, poultry or fish. Recipes potatoes quite a lot, but I want to suggest another one that will interest you for sure. Potatoes turns out very tasty, soft, delicious.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Ice

    3 piece

On a baking tray-grill "Forester" put in two layers of foil so that it exceeded in height the sides of the pan. (Stock height is needed to gently and firmly tuck the edges when the top cover the dish with another layer of foil, fully covering the potatoes). Potatoes thoroughly wash the brush, not scraping the skin. Spread potatoes in greased with olive oil foil.

Cut thin onion rings and sprinkle them over the potatoes.

Prepare the dressing for the potatoes: in a bowl add salt to taste and black pepper, add seasoning "Forester" for the vegetables and mushrooms on the grill, mix with wine vinegar.

Add to the dressing 6 tablespoons olive oil and chopped garlic, mix well.

Approximately 2/3 of the prepared filling evenly pour the potatoes are laid on top of 3 ice cube, cover with a sheet of foil folded in half and seal. At this point, the coals should be ready. Pan-grill place on grill. Bake potatoes need 40 minutes (all depends on size of potatoes).

When country-style potatoes is ready, put it in foil on the dish and remove the top sheet. Cover the potatoes with the remaining part of the filling.

Sprinkle the potatoes with finely chopped green onions and if desired, add chopped parsley and dill. Bon appetit!
