Cooking
All the vegetables a good wash, peel the potatoes and onions. One big potato (or two medium) cut into not very thin slices.
Chinese cabbage chopped (not reaching the solid part of leaves), young zucchini cut into fairly large cubes, onion - arbitrarily.
The potato in salt and fry in sufficient amount of stretch. oil until Golden brown. Put another deep bowl in which to conveniently mix all the ingredients. Remove from the pan the excess oil, leave about 1tbsp. L. Fry lightly the zucchini, add to potatoes.
Season the mince with salt and pepper (I had pork). On this same pan fry onion until transparent, add mince, cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
The potatoes and courgettes add the cabbage and meat minced, 2 pinches of ground coriander, stir, put in a greased Rast. butter a ceramic baking dish (the size of my form 20x20cm).
On top sprinkle chopped large diced tomatoes. Beat the eggs with cream, corn starch and soy sauce. To fill add salt (careful, the cheese is salty) and pepper mixture to taste, pour the filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes (focus on your oven). I last 5 minutes of bake in the grill mode.
