Casserole of beef
I love to learn new recipes, but it tastes best to me out your I through trial and error myself. This is one of those recipes. If interested come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Adjika

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

For filling mix all ingredients.

Boiled meat cut into pieces. In the form pour a little of the filling and lay in a single layer of meat. Pour half the filling and lay on it bits of meat.

Pour half of the mixture and remove for 30 minutes in the fridge, so the meat is permeated. Then add the finely grated cheese.

Bake at t=160 approximately 20-30 minutes until Golden brown. Serve immediately with any side dish.
