Pumpkin salad
Vegetables, very good as a snack, this lightweight, piquant salad will be in demand on the holiday table. Usually this salad is prepared with carrots since my student days. But this time I decided to try the pumpkin, I have a melon taste. And the sesame seeds added nutty notes. Turned out very tasty and fragrant salad.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sesame

    15 g

  • Sunflower oil

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Vinegar essence

    0.25 tsp

Pumpkin peel and seed.

Slice it into long noodles.

Oil heat on the fire. Have to go light smoke. Garlic clean.

Fold the pumpkin into the bowl. Add sesame seeds, salt, pepper, sugar. All the taste of sugar.. but there should be more, about 1.5-2 tbsp Water mixed with vinegar and pour over the pumpkin. Garlic skip through the press. By the way, you can fry the sesame seeds on a dry pan, but I like it like that.

Mix well, cover and put into the fridge for 3-5 hours.
