Yesterday I was impressed by the lush bed of winter garlic. I could not resist and snatched two heads, but the heads have not yet ensued. Then I had the idea to cook this green (feathers) of the marinade and bake the meat in it. Turned out very juicy, flavorful, tender, moderately acute.

Cooking
For preparation, you can take pork or lamb. I used a marinated pork loin on the bone, cut it into 3 steaks.
Take the young garlic with a green pen.
For cooking use soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
In the blender put the chopped feathers of garlic, mustard, chili pepper, squeezing the juice of a lemon, pour sesame oil and soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
RUB the pork steaks on all sides with a lot of garlic and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours in a cool place.
The meat is baked on the grill on charcoal, but at home in the form of bake in the oven. I have used cast iron pans, pre-brushing them with vegetable oil. In the form (pan) put the marinated steak and put in preheated oven (180 degrees) and bake for 50 minutes.
