Meatballs with tomato sauce
Very tasty dish that is easy to prepare! I hope this recipe will appeal to many of you!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    180 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Stuffing put in a bowl. Use any stuffing of Your choice, you can use mixed

Finely chop the onion and fry it until Golden brown. Garlic peel and finely chop. Add the onion and garlic, minced

Break bread into pieces and soak in cold milk. Add to the mince along with the egg, grated cheese and finely chopped greens.

Season with salt and pepper, mix well, form meatballs.

Slice the eggplant and fry for 5 minutes in the pan. Form grease with oil and put the eggplant.

To make the sauce. Tomato paste mixed with olive oil, salt, mix well.

Before you put the form in the oven, add water. Bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. First cover the form with baking paper ( not tight), after 25 minutes, remove the paper and continue to bake.
