Easy to cook and sweet cakes with strawberry flavor

Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar, add sour cream, soda, slaked vinegar, vanilla and flour
Bake at 175 degrees in the baking dish with oiled parchment paper. Allow to cool
While baked cake, prepare the cream: soak gelatine in a little cold water (I poured 1 tbsp). Powdered sugar mix with yogurt. Gelatin put in a water bath, stirring to combine with the yoghurt and cook until then, until dissolved gelatin. Cool.
The cooled cake cut into rectangles (number even). I got 12 pieces.
Grease a bun: strawberry jam from TM "Maheev", then with cream of yogurt, cover the second half. The top and sides of cake grease cream. Decorate with strawberries (I was not fresh, decorated, frozen). We remove our cakes in the fridge for about half an hour
