Description
I want to introduce you to another dish by dish in Greek cuisine. Pilate - the Greeks called rice dishes and additives, in my case it's shrimp and mussels, and vegetables. The dish can be consumed during the days of relief, which in lent, considered to be the Annunciation (April 7) and palm Sunday (in 2016 April 24).

Cooking
In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil and gently stew the onions grated on a grater, add the pepper, sliced into thin strips, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add green peas and garlic, simmer 3 minutes.
Shrimp clear from the shell and remove the groove, the head and tail keep. The mussels I used are cleared. Add the vegetables to the seafood and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Then add mashed with a fork tomatoes (can use fresh grated grated tomatoes, tomato paste or tomato juice), Tabasco, paprika and soy sauce, to try and then add salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, stir and remove the heat to low and simmer until the rice is tender and all the liquid evaporates.
If necessary, you can add a little water, I had enough juice vegetables.
Can be varied with seafood and vegetables according to your taste, I cooked the way we love.
