Marinated rabbit, baked on a rice pillow. Flavorful, tender, delicious, beautiful!!! Come on in, help yourself, lovely and dear Cooks!!!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

  • Black tea

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

Take the cute rabbit, or as I have rabbit feet. Wash and put in a container suitable for marinating. I marinated rabbit 2 days, I think minimally we need at least a day.

Brew black tea with a few sprigs of thyme. After tea well-brew filter it through cheesecloth. Add sugar and salt and stir.
