Description
My husband loves pancakes. Once decided to make for dinner as a side dish, not mashed potatoes, and something more interesting.
Cooking
6 small potatoes boiled in salted water. All the water to drain. Mash into a puree. Add butter, eggs, milk, flour, salt to taste. Mix well until smooth. Add 1/3 tsp of baking soda, slaked 1st. liter of boiling water. Mix well. The batter should be slightly thicker than crepes but not as thick as for pancakes.
