Cooking
In 2 tablespoons of olive oil sauté until tender rings of onion and place in a large bowl roughly chop the olives and add them to fried onions. To the bowl with olives and onions add the flour, salt, yeast, parsley and mint (I used dried mint and also very good), pour in 475 ml ( 2 cups ) medium - hot water and knead the dough, adding a little water if it get dry. The resulting dough obmanite at least 10 minutes on a floured surface, then cover with clingfilm and leave to rise in a warm place until the volume increases by half ( about 1 hour)
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Lightly oil two baking sheets, or a couple of iron skovorodoju. Cut the dough in half, form two balls and place on skovorodochki.
Cover smazano oil film and give more time to come twice. Nadsekite swechha each loaf with a knife and bake about 40 minutes until the bread will not emit a hollow sound if you knock on the bottom. Let cool on rack
