Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    225 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix two kinds of flour, yeast and salt

Mix all the dry ingredients and gradually add warm water
