Cooking
In a bowl, where do we make the dough add flour.
There baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Chocolate (50 g.) grate on a coarse grater or cut into medium flakes with a knife and add to the dry ingredients.
In a separate container beat the eggs.
In beaten eggs add the oil, mix well.
The dry ingredients pour in the egg mixture, mix well.
Take a muffin tin, put paper molds. If not muffin tins, tins must be put in a round cake form. If no paper cups, so the muffin tin to lubricate the softened butter and liberally sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 2/3 fill each test.
Oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, bake for 15-20 minutes on the middle shelf mode top/bottom heat (baking time may not match, check up to dry toothpicks).
Prepare frosting. In a bowl pour the cream, add the chocolate (70 g)
There's the sugar (3 tbsp) coffee (0,5 tbsp). Put on slow fire and keep stirring constantly until the full blooming of chocolate and sugar. With such a quantity of sugar glaze turns out bitter, if You want more sweet, add more sugar
In a Cup pour the starch and diluted with cold water.
When dissolved chocolate and the sugar, pour in the glaze dissolved starch with constant stirring (to avoid lumps) and cook for another 1-2 minutes (until the first signs of boiling). The frosting is ready.
