Cooking
Beat eggs with salt
Add oatmeal and baking powder, mix
For casseroles I took extra cereal from TM "Mistral"
Then add the ricotta and the honey, carefully whisk until fluffy
Spread in a greased baking dish. On top lay the slices of pear. Bake in hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream, yogurt or jam. Bon appetit!
