Barley with beans and vegetables
Delicious barley porridge cooked on pan with red beans and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    2 cup

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Sugar TM "Mistral" soak for 4 hours in water, then boil until tender.

Pearl barley cooked in salted water until tender.

Pork meat cut into small pieces and boil until tender. In a pan pour some water, put it in boiled meat, grated carrots and chopped onions. Add boiled red beans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Fire do the smallest. On top of the vegetables lay the boiled pearl barley. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes. It is served hot and stir the pearl barley with the vegetables. As shown in the experiment))) pearl barley becomes much softer and softer. Bon appetit!
