Cooking
Slice chicken liver into strips.
Measure out a tablespoon of soy sauce TM "Kikkoman".
Add to liver soy sauce, egg, mayonnaise, pepper and starch, mix well. Salt may be added at will, but keep in mind that soy sauce is salty mayonnaise too. I'm not salted.
To take a lot of a spoon and fry in vegetable oil without smell until Golden brown. Fried quickly, get very soft, juicy and tender! Most importantly, don't overcook!
