Don't know about you, but I often in the morning, tormented by the question: "What to cook for Breakfast?" And so hearty, and so tasty, and so that is not too long and troublesome, and so as not to overload the body... And that was not boring. At such moments I envy those who consistently eat Breakfast porridge. Of course, I understand that cereal for Breakfast for me and for my husband is very good, people we are no longer young, but the porridge we like different: husband - sweet, milk, jam, semolina or rice, and for me the best buckwheat porridge with butter and soy sauce. You can just slice the sausages and cheese, to toast bread and you're done! But it's so boring... So, I want to offer unusual sandwich, which diversifies your Breakfast. Quick, tasty and not too bad!

Cooking
There are two essential ingredients - it is favorite bread, cheese, and egg. As meat you can use any sausage, ham, cooked meat, yesterday's cold chop. You can add vegetable component: peppers, tomatoes, pickled cucumber, green onions. Be creative! From slices of bread cut square, leaving a frame with walls 1 cm thick. Crumb crumble in a bowl, add grated cheese, cubes of sausage and egg.
