Description
Under this name I have long found this recipe in the magazine "Love to cook", so change it did not. The recipe has attracted a collection of simple products, but at the same time, in my understanding, is not entirely compatible with each other, and more precisely, the mushrooms baked in a mixture of yogurt and eggs. The result is a very tasty low calorie dish, reminiscent of the usual high-calorie Julien.

Cooking
Mushrooms you can use any of the original used fresh. I cooked from dried, which are pre-soaked and then boiled until cooked. Finely chop the onion
Fry in hot sunflower oil TM"generous gift" to transparency
To fried onion add the boiled mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes
Beat egg with a fork, add salt, yogurt and mix well

Pour the egg-kefir mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until tender. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs. Very tasty with cherry tomatoes
