Cooking
Dough: in a large bowl mix the flour, yeast and water to obtain a flexible dough. During kneading add a little salt. Cover the bowl and put a half hour on approach.
Filling: peel eggplant and cut into small cubes. Onions finely chop and simmer together with the eggplant on medium heat, stirring frequently for 20 minutes (until the eggplant is tender). Add salt, paprika and tomato paste and continue to simmer 5 minutes. Let cool slightly, add cheese and stir.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and a glass cut out circles. On one half of the circle put the filling, close the second half and semipaved ends. If you decide to broil - pour oil into a deep pan and fry small amounts until Golden brown. If you have decided the oven - heated oven to medium temperature (180 C), grease the pan with oil, distributed spinzh (if desired, lubricates the beaten egg) and bake for about half an hour until Golden brown.
