Cupcake with a pleasant taste of black currant
This recipe has long been stored in my folders. Wanted to remove. But saw a very similar (in appearance) cupcake and decided to put on your display. I think its unfortunate. Tasty, but the appearance is unattractive... If you, the cooks, will find him unsympathetic, then I'll delete this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    450 g

    400 g

  • Dried apricots

    150 g

  • Jelly

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Cream

  • Egg white

Put on the dough dried apricots. Can raisins, fresh berries, etc. Put to bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
