Sarrabulho - stew in Portuguese with the liver. A delicious, hearty, flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Liver pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fry the pork in wine with onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. When the wine is evaporated, you can add a little water until the meat becomes soft.

The liver is cut to pieces.

Add liver to the meat. If necessary, add the vegetable oil. Fry for 5-10 minutes until cooked liver. To taste add salt.
