Description
This dish I saw in the recipe book that came with the new pot. Although coffee I don't like at all, but the combination of it with some, not quite familiar, it would seem that the products I really like. So I decided to try it. The dish turns out quite interesting. Maybe the recipe is not for every day, but sometimes, for variety, it is possible to prepare such an option.

Cooking
1. Problems with the fish in our stores has led to what I took as a basis a ready-made medallions of salmon. But in the end came to the conclusion that the coffee flavor will be better and stronger to be felt, if you cook this dish of fillet of white fish with a neutral taste such as cod, sea bass, etc. Salmon its natural taste slightly interrupted aroma of coffee. Medallions (or fillet) slightly fry both sides in heated pan adding oil.
2. Orange pour with boiling water and cut into slices. Pan or form for baking lay parchment, so, in order to form the envelope. On the parchment lay slices of orange on top of the fish, add the coffee beans. Fish salt to taste (a little pepper) and top with the spray (or grease with cooking brush) orange juice. The parchment wrapped with a tight envelope. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
3. As a side dish, I chose the basmati rice Mix from Mistral bags. In a saucepan of the right size to boil water. In boiling water, drop the bags with the rice and cook on slow heat for 15 minutes. Remove the bags of rice, drain off excess liquid.
4. While preparing the fish and rice, you can cook coffee sauce, which will emphasize the coffee flavor of the fish. But I must say, the sauce is a matter of taste, some people like it this combination, some don't. Pink pepper crushed in a mortar. To prepare 50 ml of soluble (but not very strong) or freshly brewed coffee. Orange and lemon juice, pink pepper, coffee mix with sugar, heat to dissolve the sugar, boil briefly. Add the cream. In a small amount of room temperature water to dissolve starch and pour in, stirring in the sauce. Cook, stirring, until thick. In the original recipe instead of coffee it was proposed to add 50 gr. melted chocolate, but I thought it was a bit much even for me, so I altered the sauce recipe. If you don't want rich coffee taste the sauce, just remove the coffee part.
