Frittata can be served not only for Breakfast but also for dinner. It is cooked quickly and effortlessly. It turns out very tasty!

Cooking
Prepare all the products. With mushrooms and green peas drained of water. Put the oven on warm (200 degrees).
Zucchini cut into thin slices (if seeds are large, remove them). Mushrooms cut in small pieces (if they are in the Bank was large). In a pan pour vegetable oil, heat and put the mushrooms and zucchini. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cheese crumble with your hands or finely cut with a knife.
In a bowl break the eggs, add salt, pepper and cheese. Whisk with a fork.
Pour in pan, over vegetables and mushrooms. Not stirred! Keep the fire just a minute so that the eggs are slightly set. Then rearrange the pan in the oven. Bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
A Frittata is served hot, right in the pan! Optional top can be sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
