Description

Chicken legs in puff pastry

Cooking

step-0
Here is a set of products we need to prepare the knot with a secret. To start, peel the potato, boil it and prepare the sauce. Finely chop the mushrooms, fry them, add the sliced onions and fry all together until cooked. Add the mushrooms and onions into mashed potatoes, gently stir. Legs washes, shoot (or not shoot!) them from the skin, divide into 2 pieces, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
step-1
Go to the test. Roll out into a thin layer, also carefully and gently, around thickness of 0.5 - 0, 7 cm and not more. Cut it into squares the size will be about 11X11 cm To the middle of each square, spread the mashed potatoes with mushrooms and 1.5 - 2 tbsp spread on Top of portioned piece of chicken, putting all the dough into a knot. Each bundle is contractible and tying a strip of cheese-braids (which men take themselves to beer). This cheese is not torn and is very flexible. And our bundle in the process of baking will give the taste, aroma, and color. Lay out all the knots on the prepared greased or, like me, pre-covered with foil and just greased sheet. Pierce each bundle in several places with a toothpick or fork (to get out excess steam) and the heated oven, for 30-40 minutes, t bake 180 - 200 ºC. If you see that the knots are very lightly browned - remove the heat in the kiln.
step-2
To serve as hot - in - here to you and the meat and side dish, and bread!!! It looks like a knot in the cut.
step-3
Well, that's all! "Check it out", looks like the dish! Eaten too, by the way, not worse!!! Already not checked!!! Bon appetit and happy baking!!! :)
