Goose, baked on vegetable cushion
This idea with a vegetable pillow I saw recently in the transfer of Jamie Oliver, I like this vegetable pad very much, it subsequently prepared a delicious sauce, which we pour goose. The same idea of feeding the goose is very original, there is no need for the holiday table "gnaw bone", each guest will put in your plate a delicious piece, and without soiling his hands will eat.

You need to marinate the goose, preferably the day before baking. In the photo I have marinated goose in soy sauce, paprika, salt and honey.
