Description
This idea with a vegetable pillow I saw recently in the transfer of Jamie Oliver, I like this vegetable pad very much, it subsequently prepared a delicious sauce, which we pour goose. The same idea of feeding the goose is very original, there is no need for the holiday table "gnaw bone", each guest will put in your plate a delicious piece, and without soiling his hands will eat.

On the wings and legs put on the foil, so that the tips are not burnt, and put in a baking pan on a vegetable cushion.
Before the goose send in the oven, lacquered it with honey.
Goose baked for about four hours. 2 hours up breast at a temperature of 160 degrees, turn it back up and bake for another 1 hour 30 minutes, then turn the goose breast up and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
In the bowl of a blender put the roasted vegetables: sweet pepper, 1 carrot, half onion, goose 1 EA. of figs, 2 prunes, 2 dried apricots, a few raisins. Add five tablespoons melted goose fat from the baking dish.
Grind to a homogeneous state, the resulting mass is served in a sauce to the goose.
