Cooking
1. Melted butter to combine milk and slightly beaten egg, mix everything carefully.

Put on medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar has dissolved, let simmer (about 1-2 minutes). Put the pear and cranberries, bring to boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat
6. Preheat the oven to 180° C. In a frying pan over the pears and cranberries gently pour the batter, place in oven for 25 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven pie, cover with a suitable size dish and immediately flip over (do this carefully, as it can drain the syrup, so it's best to do this over the sink) until the liquid has started to harden and the cake from sticking to the pan. Can be served with a scoop of ice cream or hot unsweetened tea.
