Cooking
Banana and pear clean, cut into small cubes. From pear to remove the core.
The yolk separated from the protein. Proteins whisk with sugar and remove while in the fridge
And yolks put in a bowl with cottage cheese. Half of the yolk to leave for lubrication of the top of the casserole.
In a bowl of cottage cheese put a dollop of sour cream, mix well.
Add to cottage cheese semolina, carefully to prevent.
Put in a bowl pieces of fruit, stir.
And finally add in the weight and chilled whipped protein. Enter carefully, and quietly stir.
Turn on the oven at 180 gr. Take baking dish, grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I used sweet pastries always 1 PC.- grated dry biscuits).
Put the mass into shape. Grease with egg yolk, decorate with sliced plums, (but not necessary) sprinkle some cinnamon, powdered sugar can.
Bake in the oven at 180 deg. 20 minutes, then turn to 200 deg. for another 20 minutes.
It turns out that such a tasty casserole. Serve with sour cream, with kiselica, but for me a casserole is so delicious. Bon appetit!
