Fried pork intestine
This is a recipe from my childhood, parents used to raise piglets and the mom all sorts of Goodies prepared. I remembered this recipe thanks to the girls who posted the recipe for the sausages, I looked in search, and this recipe is not found. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Intestine

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Here's a simple set of products. Yes, and the recipe of the difficulties is not.

I already had purchased cleanse of the colon, ready for stuffing, so I simply washed, then have them "rip" along. If someone will prepare from the natural product, the colon must be washed and soaked, and better to strut on the stage of washing.

Boil intestine in large quantity of salted water for 20 minutes.

Recline in a colander and drain the water.

Cut onion into strips.

In a pan heated a little vegetable oil, fry lightly the gut, literally 5 minutes.

Then add onion, salt, pepper and fry onions until tender, 10-15 minutes. That's all, our dish is ready.

On the side fits very well mashed potatoes with a salad of fresh vegetables.
