Description
This is a very delicious, fragrant and beautiful dish appeared in our family many years ago. Initially we did the usual white rice, but recently I've read about the benefits of brown rice, and since then almost all the dishes I cook only brown rice. What is brown rice in its essence? In principle, it is the same pic, only unpolished (raw). He has an unprepossessing appearance, the grains of a dirty-brownish hue with jagged edges. Delicious brown rice in raw form is difficult to call. Nutritionists advise many of my patients in the fight for the health to go on the brown rice and completely white. Why? It is believed that from the point of view of biochemical parameters of brown rice contains much more fiber, vitamins and vegetable fats, which in the processing of rice "lost", since these substances are contained mostly in the peel of Fig. So, I ask you to try and evaluate.

Cooking
First cook the rice. It can be prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator. For this rice (I used brown rice company Mistral) wash in cold water, give water to drain and put in a deep pan where you previously melted the butter. Mix well the rice with oil. Then add salt (to taste) and water in the ratio 1:2 (per Cup of rice take 2 cups of water). Close the lid and cook on slow fire to full esprene water.
It turns out to be Fig. I cook it in advance.
With ear of corn, cut grain with a knife. Better to do it in a deep bowl, so the grains are not scattered.
Sausage cut into small cubes.
In a hot pan lightly fry the sausage in vegetable oil, then add corn and fry all together until cooked.
Eggs mixed with parsley and spices.
Baking dish lightly grease with vegetable oil and put it in rice.
On top put fried corn and sausage.
And sprinkle with grated cheese. Cheese can take any according to your taste. I used a mixture of Mozarella and Parmesan.
Put in oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180 C or 350F (cheese should melt and form a crust).
