Pie with liver and rice
A delicious, hearty, juicy and flavorful pie with chicken liver.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Buttermilk

    300 ml

The liver was ground in a blender with the onion and put in pan. Poured oil, put salt, pepper, herbs, rice and a little roasted.
