Cooking
The liver was ground in a blender with the onion and put in pan. Poured oil, put salt, pepper, herbs, rice and a little roasted.
In the received forcemeat broke the egg, added greenery and well mixed. In a bowl sifted flour, added baking powder, salt, sugar, poured the buttermilk, beat eggs and mix the dough.
Split form (24 cm) made with parchment paper on the bottom and poured a little test. Put on the dough liver minced meat, flattened with a spoon, but not tightly to the rim. For stuffing poured the rest of the dough. It's consistency slightly thicker batter.
The form put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake 40 minutes. If you want you can lay on the top pie strips of cheese. I was putting some cheese when the cake has risen.
Delicious, juicy pie is good as an appetizer. The addition of dill in the filling gives a very nice flavor pie.
