Description
This is a recipe of Indian cuisine. Each region of India has its own version of dal, which is essentially lentil. This version goes from the state of West Bengal and especially the Bengali five spice - Panch Pora, fragrant mixture of fennel seeds, fenugreek, black sesame seeds, cumin seeds and mustard seed. In West Bengal and across India gave eaten almost every day as a sauce, soup. I love red lentils. Unlike its cousins - green and yellow lentils, red lentils quickly disintegrates into mush. If you have the desire to quickly prepare delicious and healthy dish you can easily make dal from lentils.
