Cooking
Eggs +butter (do not melt, just to soften at room temperature)= beat with a mixer. Three minutes. Add salt and water. Mix well. Pour the flour (+ - depends on the flour). Knead the dough.
That is obtained the dough. Clean plastic bag and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Filling. Ossetian cheese hands to crumble. Again - Ossetian cheese is like a dry cottage cheese and tastes like cheese, this stuffing salt is not necessary to put generally.
Eggplant wash, pierce with a knife several times all over (or blow up) and put to bake in the microwave until soft. My eggplants were small, cooked for 6 minutes. Cool. Cut in half lengthwise. With a spoon remove the pulp. It comes away easily, with almost no breaking. Half baked and peeled eggplant cut into cubes.
Red bell pepper cut into cubes.
Mix crumbled Ossetian cheese, chopped pulp of eggplant, bell pepper, chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley). Add ground black pepper to taste.
The dough, remove from refrigerator and divide into 4 parts. 3/4 of the dough to spread in shape (I have a 23 x 23 cm)to Distribute with your hands, making edges, preferably higher. Put the stuffing. Bend the sides as possible.
Of the remaining 1/4 of the dough to make the decoration. Roll out the dough about 2-3 mm thick and cut out figures... Or stripes. Whatever Your imagination and close the filling randomly..
Cover pie with foil and place in oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes under it, then remove foil and bake until it will turn brown. Be guided by your oven. That's what happened)
