Honey gingerbread with plums
Soft fragrant gingerbread with the August gifts plums. On the website there are similar recipes, but in mine there are differences in ingredients, cooking method, from which the gingerbread just won.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Combine whole wheat and whole wheat flour with sugar and salt. To flour mixture add chilled butter pieces and grind into crumbs.

Soda repay in yogurt. Add eggs, honey. Mix well.

Combine the two mixtures. Mix well.

Form 20 cm in diameter grease. In prepared form put the dough, flatten. Plum wash, dry, cut in half, remove the seeds. Spread the plums on the dough cut up.

Put in a preheated 180C oven and bake about 35 minutes until dry toothpick. Ready gingerbread to cool a little in shape, then on the grill.

Chilled gingerbread sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
